Are you kidding me? She is about to help command the military of United States of America (Earth’s most remarkable force ~ever~), and she doesn’t even know what the Bush doctrine is?
This is not a sexist question: does any person who cannot identify the Bush doctrine deserve to lead the “free world”? Is that the best person to hold the Nuclear codes?
